Over three years ago, God began calling the Ambrose family to start a new church in the Greater Boston area. Motivated by the great need for more gospel-preaching churches and a love for New Englanders, they moved from North Louisiana to the Boston area in the Summer of 2023 to serve as a Church Planting Resident with Send Boston and Redemption Hill Church, Medford. After researching and prayer-walking several communities along I-93, God led them to the town of Tewksbury, where they moved the Summer of 2024.

Valley Church is currently meeting as a small group on Tuesday nights, from 6:30-8 p.m., in the Fellowship Hall of Tewksbury UMC (2335 Main St), with plans to launch a Sunday gathering in the Fall of 2025.
